Jeff Towell - General Manager

Jeff is the youngest of the two brothers. After receiving his bachelors degree from Arkansas Tech university it was only natural that he end up in the "Family Business". His love for people and vehicles have led him to be the driving force behind Towell and Sons Auto Sales. Jeff has a wife Genny and is proud of his two boys Joshua and Jacob Towell, who will likely someday follow in his steps. You can find Jeff at the dealership most anytime the doors are open, ready to serve the customers who become family after a short while. Jeff is always willing to please, and would be more than proud to serve you at any time. Jeff enjoys time with his wife Genny, his boys, and loves the outdoors. If you combine all three he has had the perfect day off. Jeff enjoys playing golf, much like Monte, and if it's after hours, you will likely find the two of them on the links. Jeff takes care of each of his customers to the tune that most of them are "his" customers for life. At Towell and Sons, each customer is part of a relationship. It's better than having family "In the Business" and not is not a just a moniker. Ask any of our customers about their experience, you will find that we are always fair, honest, and trustworthy. Larry Towell - Internet/Shop Manager

Larry Towell started with the business in 1988, right out of High School. He started with Towell and Sons Auto Sales in the beginning, and from the ground up, washing and selling cars was the norm in the early days. Looking to his father Carroll Towell for guidance, he and his team learned the importance of customer service, before and after the sale. If you need them, they are always here for you, and so are three of the best service technicians in the business. Larry is married to Duffey Towell who is also the office Manager. They have two children, Savannah and Zoe Towell who fill their off time with plenty of excitement. After leaving the dealership for other pursuits, Larry eventually settled back in with Towell and Sons and splits his time today shooting photography for ESPN Outdoors and Bassmaster.com. Needless to say, photography is a passion that Larry enjoys beyond imagination. That role fits well with that of an Internet Manager. When you call to speak to one of the "guys" at Towell and Sons, you will likely be talking with Larry. His love of people is something his strong personable upbringing gave he and his brother. You will likely find yourself in a laid back conversation about cars where he will teach you some of what he has learned in over 22 years in and around the business, whether you buy from Towell and Sons Auto Sales or someone else. Larry will likely be your first contact, but not your last. He will likely set you up an appointment with Jeff or Monte if you decide to go from "Talking to Driving". The Towell and Sons experience is one of low pressure and go at your own pace. Don't take it personal if they are not calling you every day trying to get you to buy, it's just not in their blood. They will always answer your questions, be honest, and always "Do what is right", they are not your average sales team. Pre-owned cars are pre-owned cars. There are problems that sometimes arise no matter how in depth our inspections. Larry has been known to ship parts all the way to New Jersey to take care of a customer that bought a car only a week prior. He will go to any length to keep you as a customer, and to make you a "living testament" to the dealership. They want to earn your business and will do what is right to make it happen!

 
Monte Middleton - Sales Professional/Human Resources

Monte Middleton has been a part of the dealership since 1996. He started like the rest of the family, at the bottom, working his way up, he dedicates himself to his customer as do the rest of the team. Monte is knowledgeable in finance and sales options as well as his products, he is a great asset to Towell and Sons Auto Sales. He is married to wife Kelly and has a young son named Carson and has another son on the way! He is a family man, and spends many hours working with his video ministry at the First Baptist Church in Manila. Speaking of video, Monte is working with Larry to be able to bring you high resolution videos of each of the vehicles available here on the sight. Keep coming back for this option, we are breaking new ground, just as we did with photos and the internet. Monte works to grow the business through "word of mouth" referrals and has many customers that will only "deal" with him. That is a testament to his dedication and to the business and its future. After some time away from college, Monte returned to the University of Arkansas to get his degree in Human Resources and also fills those shoes at Towell and Sons Auto Sales. He has reached out and added to the family owned business by bringing in individuals that fit in with our values and commitment. Monte is also quite the "Techie" keeping Towell and Sons Auto Sales up date with the latest in technologies that can help track our business and help take care of our customers, our ultimate end roll. His dedication to you, the consumer, falls in direct correlation to our overall ideals and commitments. Duffey Towell - Office Manager

Duffey Towell keeps the office running and takes care of the "Business End" of Towell and Sons Auto Sales. Like the rest of the family, she wears a lot of hats, and probably more than the rest of us. If you need help anything other than sales or service, she will be your main contact. She is the wife of Larry Towell and has two daughters. She is in her ninth year at Towell and Sons and is always a bright spot for all of us. Don't be surprised if one of the guys don't have the answer, Duffey will. She took over for June Towell who worked for years to bring Towell and Sons through the generations into the successful company it is today. Melissa Cole - Secretary

Melissa has been with Towell and Sons for three years. She is a great asset to the office and she will help you from the point of sale, with credit your application or cash payment all the way through the paperwork or contract to greeting you each month if you come in to make your payment. She, like most of the staff, wears many hats. When she is not at work she enjoys spending time with her husband Chris and her two girls Maddie and Caitlyn. She loves drag racing and will quickly debate with you some of the best NHRA Racers in the business. Her love of cars makes her the perfect fit here at Towell and Sons. She also loves her Cardinals and watching baseball, but few things get between her and her ministry work at First Baptist Church here in Manila. Ron Payne - Service Manager

Ron has been with Towell and Sons for 17 years. Over that time he has learned the importance of running an efficient Service Department for our customers. At Towell and Sons we don't leave you out in the cold after the sale, we will always be here for you. Thanks to staff like Ron, you will always be satisfied with the extra effort we put into each relationship. Ron has been a service technician for over twenty years, you would be hard pressed to find another service manager with the experience and expertise that Ron brings to the team. Ron is married to Debbie Payne and has two daughters and one granddaughter that now takes all of his extra time. If he is not busy in the shop, you will find Ron talking circle track racing, engines, or about Desarae his granddaughter. He just retired from circle track racing which filled his weekends and looks forward to getting his granddaughter started early with kart racing.
